When I showed up, the booking details I had didn’t match what they had in their system. It was already frustrating, but the way they handled it made it worse. I felt like they were talking down to me instead of just helping sort it out. Not a great experience.

"Insurance info was a headache"
I booked assuming the insurance side was already taken care of, but the details were way more confusing than they needed to be. I tried getting help from support, but they didn’t really explain it any better, which got annoying fast. I don’t have the patience to dig through vague wording when money and coverage are involved, so the whole thing felt risky.
"Pricing felt a bit unclear to me"
I tried using Largo Drive the biggest issue for me was the pricing... At first it seemed straightforward, but later on I felt like a few costs weren’t explained as clearly as they should’ve been. Maybe I missed a detail somewhere? but I still think the full price should be easier to see upfront. The service itself was okay, nothing terrible, but the unclear pricing made it harder for me to fully trust it.
"Late and super stressful tbh"
Booked a ride with Largo Drive and my driver ended up showing up almost 35 mins late. I kept having to call to figure out where they were, and the updates weren’t really helpful at all. By the time they got there, I was rushing like crazy and still missed the start of my appointment. Maybe it was just an off day, idk, but the punctuality was really not it for me

"Staff could be a bit more professional"
The staff took a while to respond, and when they did, they kind of sounded annoyed... It wasn’t the worst experience, but it didn’t feel very professional either

"Not really worth it compared to others"
I wasn’t too happy with my experience using Largo Drive. It just felt more frustrating than it needed to be, especially compared to other similar services people seem to have better luck with. Maybe it works fine for some, but for me it was disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they make some improvements.

"Paying was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried to pay through the site last week, or maybe it was the week before, and the whole payment page was just kind of a hassle. It felt confusing to figure out, and everything loaded slower than I expected. it was annoying enough that I don’t see myself using it again anytime soon

"Pickup was honestly a mess"
I had a rough pickup experience with Largo Drive. I ended up waiting way longer than I was supposed to, and no one really told me what was happening or why. The staff seemed kind of confused, like they weren’t sure what to do next, and they weren’t especially helpful either. The car wasn’t even ready when I got there, so I was just standing around waiting... Not something I’d want to deal with again

"Refund was a hassle"
I requested a refund and it took way longer than it should have. What made it more frustrating was dealing with support, because the replies felt like copy-paste responses that didn’t really address my actual issue. I kept having to follow up, and the whole process just felt unnecessarily slow and annoying.

"I didn’t feel comfortable risking it"
I gave largodrive.com a try, but it didn’t make me feel very secure. The site felt a bit vague, and I couldn’t find enough clear details about who’s actually behind it or what happens if something goes wrong.
I also asked a few questions and never got a proper answer, which made me feel like I could end up losing time or money if there was an issue. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I wouldn’t use it again.

"Booking Took Way More Patience Than It Should Have"
I tried booking through largodrive.com and, it was more annoying than I expected. The pages were loading kind of slow, and some important details didn’t show up until later in the process, which is just frustrating. Like, why not tell me upfront so I don’t have to keep clicking around and second-guessing everything? I had to go back a few times to double-check stuff, and by the end it felt way more stressful than booking should ever be. It did work eventually, but the whole process could definitely be smoother.

"Pretty frustrating to use"
I tried using largodrive.com, it was annoying from the start.
The pages felt cluttered, some of the buttons weren’t very clear, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic information. It also didn’t feel smooth on my phone, which made it even more frustrating.
Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me, it was a bad experience overall. I ended up giving up after a few minutes.

"Got charged the wrong ammount"
I checked my bill and noticed they charged me the wrong amount. It wasn’t what I was expecting at all, so now I have to get it sorted out. Frustrating tbh.

"Not really worth it for me"
I tried largodrive.com because a friend had mentioned it when I was looking for something convenient, but it didn’t live up to what I was expecting. The service was fine overall, just not anything that felt special or worth the price.
For what I paid, I thought the quality would be better and the whole process would feel smoother. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it felt like poor value, and I probably wouldn’t use it again...
"Car was in rough shape"
When I picked up the car, it wasn’t in the best condition. The inside was dirty, there were scratches all over, and it made some weird noises while driving. It just didn’t feel like it had been checked over very well. I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was, since it did still get me where I needed to go, but I wasn’t really happy with the overall condition.

I checked the site a few different times, but most of the cars I was interested in were never available. The site itself was fine to use, but the availability just didn’t feel reliable to me. I didn’t want to take a chance and end up stuck without a good option, so I ended up looking somewhere else.

"Deposit refund was a headache"
I had a annoying time with the deposit refund. It wasn't really clear when I was suppose to get it back, and nobody seemed to give me a straight answer at first.
I ended up having to keep chasing them for updates, which got old fast. Like, I get delays happen, but just letting me know what’s going on would of helped a lot.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it just felt stressful and not really worth the hassle.

so, my experience wasn’t great because the communication felt unclear. I had a hard time understanding what was going on, which made things a bit frustrating...
